What a breath of fresh air after a long day cooped up in an office! Again in Little Rock on business, again stayed in the Gardener's Cottage, and again was refreshed and revived each night before another busy day! Amazing decadent breakfast - homemade quiche, French toast, fresh sausage, veggie omelette, fresh squeezed OJ, and always a yummy baked treat to go along - and fresh fruit to accompany. My only regret is not having more time to spend enjoying the patio and garden. Will have to sneak out of work early one of these days to relax and read (and try to make friends with the house cat)!

the home was very nice but you have to clean the kitchen yourself and if you don't there's a $45 fee! Also, you have to take the garbage out yourself! My husband and I were wondering if we had to do the laundry as well! LOL. There was no breakfast at this bed-and-breakfast. All in all, we won't return.

We had a wonderful stay at the Rosemont. The owner was away, but Michelle was left in charge and did an excellent job! She was extremely helpful in getting us ready for late check-in (via email, AirBnB, and telephone), was warm and welcoming in the morning when we met her for breakfast and as we left on Sunday. We were upgraded to the Somerset based on availability and it was great. Well worth using AirBnB, as it was cheaper than registering via their website, but we received a more than fair upgrade just the same.

This was my very first experience at a B&B and it was awesome!! My husband and I were relocating from Texas to Tennessee in December of last year. We needed a place to stay midway on our trip that was pet friendly since we had our cat. We checked with Susan and found out that she DID allow pets at her bed-and-breakfast. Although she charged a bit extra for it, Rosemont was still comparable to hotels in the area and MUCH nicer!! The home was absolutely beautiful. Since we stayed during the Christmas season, the entire house was decorated for the holiday, with one room displaying a huge Christmas tree. It felt almost like stepping back in time about 60 years! We stayed upstairs in an adorable room that included a little sun room off to the side where we let our cat stay. He quickly made himself at home!! There was a bathroom attached to our room, a gas fireplace, TV, coffee maker, everything that you could possibly need! Susan was very conscientious and had instructions for the different appliances laminated and laid out in the room. Every question you could possibly have had was answered. The next morning, Susan made us a delicious breakfast that we ate downstairs in her dining room. We had to leave quickly but I can't wait to go back and just relax there. It is so restful and peaceful. No hotel staff knocking on your neighbors doors yelling "HOUSEKEEPING!!!". I would stay at Rosemont instead of a hotel even if we didn't have our cat with us, it was that great!

I stayed at the Rosemont for a weekend, and it was lovely. Our room was clean, breakfast was delicious, and the feel of the B&B was on point. Upon arrival, I was informed that our room was being occupied by another guest, but Susan was quick to upgrade me to a nicer, larger room at no charge. I really enjoyed my experience, and if I ever return to Little Rock again, I will be sure to return to the Rosemont.

Susan made our stay very comfortable. Snacks and beverages were available 24/7. There's a great outdoor patio. We got take out for dinner and ate outside. The neighborhood is nice and quiet. We were able to go for a nice relaxing walk. Breakfast was delicious. She asked about our preferences ahead of time. We had stuffed French toast - yum! Room was clean and comfortable.

We love this b&b! My daughter and I frequent this lovely inn. On occasion, when scheduling allows, my husband joins us, too. My daughter and I often do last minute reservations and we have Always been lucky enough to get a room. Susan, the innkeeper is always so gracious. The breakfast is wonderful every time. We love staying in the different rooms. We have stayed In every room in the main house, as well as 2 of the cottages. We enjoy the unique charm of each room. Very clean. We can't wait to go back.

The Inn is nice enough, but the Innkeeper is abrasive and acts as if she does not want to be bothered at all. We had a last minute stay and after providing my credit card number, we got a code to our room. It was cute with shabby chic decor. There was a little kitchenette, but some if the dishes were dirty, so we washed everything we used. Breakfast was supposed to be delivered each morning around 9. On the first morning, we knocked both the front and side doors to alert the inn keeper that we had an appointment and did not want breakfast. There was no answer. We would have told her the night before, but we never saw her; we thought she would gave called or come upstairs to ensure that everything was satisfactory, but no. The rug was filthy and there was a stain that looked like dripping wax in the tub. If we noticed, surely her staff did. The second morning, no breakfast was delivered. The Innkeeper told my husband she did nit think we wanted breakfast because we didn't eat it the day before. We paid for it whether we eat it or not. Every Innkeeper I have ever encountered asked me about breakfast. None have just assumed! She told my husband that breakfast was over, no apology for the confusion. She also informed him that on the weekends, the breakfast is continental. Being a native of Little Rock and having frequented Community Bakery, I recognized the pastries she delivered Friday afternoon. They were delivered on a glass plate with a tiny bit of fruit and orange juice in gladware with microwaving instructions. No jam, cream cheese, butter, fresh cream for coffee. We had to make our own coffee. On our last day, the weekend continental breakfast turned into a homecooked breakfast consisting of ham and egg croissants, blueberry bread, a more abundant and fresher supply of fruit, and just enough juice to wet your whistle. No napkins (we had to use the dirty napkins from the day before. There were also no dishtowels or papertowels either. The instructions were to place the basket outside the door to indicate your desire for breakfast the next day, so we did.

My wife and I stayed with Susan for a little over a week - first in the gardener's cottage and second in one of the cottages. We were there to adopt our daughter and were looking for a homey, quaint place as we brought her into our lives .We couldn't have been happier with our stay. The food was tasty and the accommodations were outstanding. Susan and her staff were attentive and thoughtful. And, unlike one of the previous reviewers, we found the cottage stocked with towels and very much appreciated the decor.
